At Quick Concepts Group (QCG), our professional background is in land development and civil/site engineering. The owners, Trevor Stubbs, and George Simons, are licensed professional engineers, so understanding the importance of strategic site planning and what your development team needs is at the core of the company. Trevor Stubbs and George Simons have permitted and designed projects all throughout the United States.

QCG creates conceptual site plans for commercial and residential developments that kickstart coordination with jurisdictions to assist in land acquisition agreements. Time is of the essence in development and that is why we pride ourselves in accomplishing site plans in as little as 24 hours - all we need is the location and your desired business/development.
QCG utilizes industry-standard software and design techniques to perform efficiently and effectively. QCG will deliver quality conceptual site plans with a fast turnaround for any location in the United States.
QCG has experience with restaurants, auto repair facilities, gas stations, car washes, retail strip centers, coffee shops, convenience stores, grocery stores, and shopping centers as well as subdivisions, RV parks, mobile homes, multifamily townhomes and apartments, and mixed use developments. TREVOR STUBBS
P.E. Principal
Trevor earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and is registered professional engineer in several states. Trevor has over ten years of civil engineering experience specializing in commercial development while also having experience in residential, multifamily, and industrial developments. Outside of work Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and traveling.
GEORGE SIMONS
P.E. Principal
George earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a licensed professional engineer in several states. With more than ten years of experience, he focuses on commercial development and also has a strong background in residential and multifamily projects. Outside the office, George enjoys spending time with his family, watching all USF sports, and staying committed to the never-ending quest of becoming average at golf.
TIM Johnson
Civil Engineering Director
Tim earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is registered professional engineer in the State of Florida. Tim has over thirty-seven years of civil engineering experience specializing in commercial and industrial development. Tim has experience working as a developer’s engineer giving him insight on the importance of value engineering and other key factors that take place in land development. Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and boating.

Senior CAD Manager
Jim O’Dea brings nearly a decade of experience in civil engineering and land development, serving as the Senior CAD Manager and technical leader for drafting operations. He helps maintain CAD standards, supports engineering design teams, and trains new staff, playing a key role in the development of efficient and consistent production workflows. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning.
RAY SANTOYO
Project coordinator
Ray earned his B.S. in Chemistry (Engineering Focus) from the University of South Florida. Ray brings six years of experience in technical land research and project coordination to the team. Ray navigates the complexities of site due diligence and regulatory requirements, while also managing communication with jurisdictions and regulatory agencies throughout the research and development of projects.

Dylan earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University in 2019. Dylan has four years of experience specializing in code analysis and CAD drafting. Outside of work Dylan enjoys cooking for family and friends.

grading and site design, working closely within well-guided team environments to successfully move projects from concept through permitting and construction.

Reece earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2017. He specializes in site grading, stormwater management, and utility design for commercial land development projects. With eight years of experience, Reece has produced complete civil engineering plan sets and stormwater designs for big box retail, strip malls, gas stations, car washes, private schools, and multifamily housing.
